How Is BPC-157 Analyzed?

BPC-157 is a defined 15-residue peptide, making its analytical evaluation fundamentally different from simply reading a label that says “10 mg.”

Researchers may need to establish several separate characteristics:

Is the expected peptide present?

Is the detected molecular species consistent with BPC-157?

What other chromatographic species are present?

Which material form is represented?

Does the analysis correspond to the actual production lot?

No single number answers every one of these questions.

HPLC Analysis

High-performance liquid chromatography separates sample components according to their interaction with a chromatographic system.

For BPC-157, HPLC may provide information regarding:
