This Shipping Policy explains how Nexigen Peptides handles fulfillment and delivery of laboratory research orders.

Order review and processing

Orders may be subject to account, research-purpose, fraud, payment, address, inventory, or compliance review before fulfillment. Verification or review may extend processing time. An order is not considered accepted for shipment until any required review is complete.

Processing and delivery estimates

We work to process eligible in-stock orders promptly. Shipping and delivery estimates shown on the website, at checkout, or in order communications are estimates and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, security reviews, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping destinations and methods

Available destinations, carriers, services, charges, and promotional shipping options are shown at checkout when applicable. We may decline or cancel shipment to an address or destination that we cannot reasonably service or that presents a compliance, fraud, or carrier restriction.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it may be provided by email or through your account. Carrier tracking data is controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Delivery and order issues

Inspect the shipment promptly. If an order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or shows a delivery problem, contact customerservice@nexigenhealth.com as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of delivery or the carrier-reported delivery date. Include the order number and supporting photographs when applicable.

Storage after delivery

Customers are responsible for following product-specific storage and handling information after delivery. Products are supplied for laboratory research only and are not for human or veterinary use or consumption.
