We want order issues to be handled clearly and promptly. Because Nexigen Peptides supplies laboratory research materials for which storage conditions, seal integrity, and chain of custody matter, return eligibility depends on product condition and the reason for the request.

Damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective items

Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, is missing from the shipment, or is not the item ordered. Include the order number and photographs of the package, shipping label, product, and any visible damage when applicable. After review, we may issue a replacement, account credit, or refund as appropriate.

Unopened and unused items

Unopened, unused items with intact seals may be eligible for return if you contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery and receive return authorization before sending anything back. Eligibility may depend on the product, storage requirements, condition, and applicable law. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Items generally not eligible for return

Opened, used, altered, improperly stored, temperature-compromised, or otherwise non-resalable research materials are generally not eligible for return unless the issue resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Order cancellation

If an order has not entered fulfillment, contact us promptly and we will attempt to cancel it. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or otherwise committed to fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible. Banks and payment providers control the time required for a credit to appear after we issue it.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund results from our error, a damaged shipment, or applicable law requires otherwise. Return-shipping responsibility will be communicated when a return is authorized.
